Aerial Cam Units

Available with widths from 50 to 600 mm, these cams offer best performances and small dimensions to facilitate the translation of printed items and the assembly in tight spaces. They are suitable for heavy and light duty. In the wide range of OMCR aerial cam units you will find the answer to your needs in cutting / drilling / bending. For more information go to the “Cam Search” page and download technical information from “Download” section.

CHV models represent the TOP of the whole range of OMCR’s cam units. They have compact size, high work and extraction forces. They are built with high-strength materials which ensure excellent resistance to unbalanced loads and very good punching precision. They are characterized by easy maintainability thanks to the use of normalized wear plates (VDI3357) and to the possibility of gas spring demounting under press. Twelve models with work angles from 0° to 75° (5° steps), work forces from 92 to 1202 kN, slider widths from 50 to 600 mm.

  • Aerial Cam Units CHW Aerial Cam Units CHW 06/06/2024
    Download (4,1Mb)

CHW cam units are extremely compact and suitable for applications requiring high work forces. They are equipped with sintered steel sliding elements (SINT300®) and thanks to the new stop system, the cam slider can be easily disassembled for quick maintenance. Four models with working angles from 0° to 75° (in 5° steps), work forces from 210 to 320 kN. Working widths from 65 to 110 mm.

  • Aerial Cam Units CLB Aerial Cam Units CLB 02/08/2023
    Download (5,3Mb)

Strong and compact, CLB cam units offer a very competitive price/performance ratio. Five models with work angles from 0° to 60° (5° steps), work forces from 302 to 865 kN, slider widths from 200 to 600 mm. It is possible to choose between coil spring and gas spring for the extraction.

  • Aerial Cam Units CHK Aerial Cam Units CHK 02/08/2023
    Download (1,6Mb)

CHK aerial cam units are suited to make medium-light drilling and flanging workings. They look different from CLK ones because of the presence of a V guide on the Driver to improve the alignment precision. Three models with work angles from 0° to 70° (5° steps for 65 mm width and 10° steps for 100 and 200 mm widths), work forces from 58 to 231 kN. Slider widths from 65 to 200 mm. Extraction only by coil spring.

  • Aerial Cam Units CHR Aerial Cam Units CHR 02/08/2023
    Download (5,0Mb)

CHR aerial cam units are suited to make heavy drilling and flanging workings. Six models with work angles from 0° to 60° (5° steps), work forces from 90 to 521 kN. Slider widths from 70 to 400 mm. Manufactured according to NAAMS norms, these cam units are equipped of cam accelerator to soften the noise level starting from width 165 mm. It is possible to choose between coil spring and gas spring for the extraction.

  • Aerial Cam Units CLC Aerial Cam Units CLC 02/08/2023
    Download (1,4Mb)

CLC aerial cam units are best suited for medium/light drilling and flanging. Four models are available with work angles from 0° to 70° (in 5° steps), work forces from 41 to 140 kN. Slider widths from 50 to 150 mm. Coil spring return only.

  • Aerial Cam Units CLD Aerial Cam Units CLD 02/08/2023
    Download (0,5Mb)

CLD aerial cam units are extremely compact and suited to make medium-light drilling workings. They are not well suited to make flanging workings. One model with work angles from 0° to 80° (5° steps), work forces from 31 kN. Extraction only by coil spring.
